{"id":11023,"date":"2021-02-06T09:23:03","date_gmt":"2021-02-06T09:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naeoep.com\/new\/?page_id=11023"},"modified":"2025-10-10T12:29:29","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T12:29:29","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/naeoep.com\/index.php\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>These are the minimum terms and conditions set by the Govt. of Pakistan.<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">01.\u00a0Period of Contract\u00a0Minimum one year.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">02.\u00a0Probation Period\u00a090 days or as per the labor laws of the country.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">03.\u00a0Daily Working Hours\u00a08 hours per day, maximum 12 hours per day with additional 4 hours paid as overtime.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">04.\u00a0Weekly Working Days\u00a06 days per week, paid holiday.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">05.\u00a0Weekly Rest Day\u00a0At least 1 day per week.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">06.\u00a0Rate of Overtime\u00a0As per labor laws of host country or minimum 1.50 times of basic salary per hour.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">07.\u00a0Accommodation\u00a0Free of cost bachelor accommodation (not tents) must be provided by employer with electricity, water, gas and bedding.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">08.\u00a0Messing Facilities\u00a0Free food or 25% of basic pay to be paid in lieu of free food for unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers. This provision of free food is not applicable to U.A.E. and Bahrain.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">09.\u00a0Medical Facilities\u00a0Free, to be provided by the employer.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">10\u00a0Transportation\u00a0Free transport is to be provided by the employer from residence to work place.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">11.\u00a0Passage \u00a0Economy class by air from place of hire to place of employment and back on expiry of contract.
